Client reports are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use, including landlord and insurer disclosure where noted in the service agreement. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For field services, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Our reports document conditions observed during the visit window. We are not responsible for hash-rate loss, hardware failure, or building disputes arising after commissioning unless covered under a separate maintenance contract.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website, unauthorised modifications to commissioned equipment, or operation outside manufacturer parameters after we have documented remedial requirements.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
