Site Thermal Audit
Pre-purchase thermal and hydraulic assessment for planned hydro-cooled mining installations in constrained spaces.
Purpose
Before you commit to a 0.05 EH/s or larger hydro cabinet, this audit answers whether your room can reject the heat, whether your water supply can sustain loop flow, and what acoustic or vibration limits your neighbours will notice.
Measurements We Take
- Ambient and projected exhaust conditions using heat-load modelling for your target hash rate
- Building water pressure and flow at proposed tie-in points, sampled across a 24-hour window when possible
- Floor load and ceiling clearance relative to cabinet dimensions and hose routing
- Sound level at property boundary during simulated pump operation (portable test pump when cabinet not yet present)
Deliverable
A written feasibility memo with pass, conditional, or fail guidance for hydro cooling at your stated EH/s target. Conditional findings list remedial work — booster pump, secondary heat exchanger, acoustic enclosure — with rough cost bands from our past projects, not binding quotes.
Ideal Timing
Schedule the audit after you have a shortlist of cabinet models but before signing a purchase order. Re-audit recommended if you change EH/s target or move to a different room.
