Third-party commissioning for liquid-cooled mining cabinets rated at 0.05 EH/s and above in heat-sensitive rooms.
Who This Is For
Operators who have purchased or leased a hydro-cooled cabinet — typically 0.05 to 0.25 EH/s — and plan to run it in a basement, mixed-use floor, or warehouse bay where rejected heat must stay within strict limits. Common clients include small mining cooperatives, property investors converting industrial space, and facilities managers answering to upstairs tenants.
What You Receive
A commissioned cabinet verified against manufacturer plumbing and electrical requirements, plus a signed report you can show to landlords or insurers. We do not sell hardware; we validate what you already own or are about to receive.
Scope Included
- Pre-energisation checklist: inlet/outlet piping, isolation valves, leak sensors, and electrical load verification
- Pressure hold and leak test on the primary loop before ASIC energisation
- Coolant fill, bleed, and inhibitor concentration check
- 48-hour burn-in with hash-rate logging and outlet water temperature tracking
- Thermal imaging of manifolds, pumps, and heat exchanger surfaces
- Final report: stable hash rate, delta-T across the loop, pump head margin, and any remedial items
Excluded
- Hardware purchase or resale
- Structural modifications to the building
- Permits or utility negotiations (we document requirements; you or your contractor obtain approvals)
- Repair of manufacturer defects covered under OEM warranty (we flag them for your claim)
Process
- Briefing call — share rig model, EH/s rating, room dimensions, and water supply details.
- Desk review — we check manufacturer manuals against your site photos.
- Site visit Day 1 — plumbing tie-in inspection, electrical verification, loop prep.
- Site visit Days 2–4 — energisation, burn-in, data collection.
- Report delivery — PDF within three business days of burn-in completion.
Preparation
Ensure access to the water supply shut-off, electrical panel, and cabinet rear clearance for hose work. Provide OEM manuals and any import customs documents if the unit arrived recently.
Constraints
Commissioning pauses if building water pressure falls below manufacturer minimum — we document the reading rather than forcing a marginal start. Sites without a drain path for emergency loop discharge may need a temporary vessel; we advise during the briefing.
