Coolant Loop Maintenance

₩680,000 per visit · quarterly contracts from ₩2,400,000/year per cabinet

Scheduled flushing, seal inspection, and pump verification for operating hydro-cooled mining cabinets.

Coolant Loop Maintenance

Why Scheduled Maintenance Matters

Hydro loops in mining cabinets accumulate particulate, biofilm in poorly inhibited fluid, and seal wear on quick-disconnect fittings. A throttled loop shows up as hash-rate drift long before a visible leak — especially in humid Korean summers.

Each Visit Includes

  • Coolant sample and inhibitor level check
  • Filter inspection or replacement (client-supplied or pre-agreed OEM filters)
  • Pump curve spot-check: flow, noise, and vibration
  • Torque check on manifold fasteners per manufacturer interval
  • O-ring and gasket visual inspection at exposed fittings
  • Log update appended to your cabinet history file

Emergency call-outs for sudden hash-rate collapse with temperature alarms: ₩950,000 plus parts, attempted within 24 hours in metro Seoul.

Excluded

Coolant chemistry disposal fees billed separately if local regulations require certified haul-off. ASIC repair and hash-board replacement remain with your hardware vendor.
