Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Appsequoiafield Mining Review field services in South Korea.
Effective date: 1 January 2025
Applies to: Commissioning, thermal audits, maintenance contracts, and emergency call-outs
We do not sell mining hardware through this website. This policy covers field services and written reports only.
1. Deposits and Cancellations
Commissioning and audits require a deposit to reserve technician dates as stated in your quote.

Deposits are applied to final invoices when work proceeds.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
We will refund fees paid (including deposit) in full if:
- We cancel the engagement and cannot reschedule within 30 days
- We determine on desk review before travel that the scope is outside our expertise and no site visit occurred
3. Partial Refunds
If a site visit begins but cannot complete due to documented building conditions outside the quoted scope (e.g. water pressure below manufacturer minimum, unsafe electrical panel access), we refund unperformed burn-in or audit days minus travel and labour already incurred. A partial report documents findings to date.
No partial refund for client decision to halt work without documented external constraints once burn-in has started.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Travel blocks invoiced for sites beyond 80 km from Seoul once technicians are dispatched
- Certified coolant disposal fees paid to third-party vendors
- Client-supplied parts installed during maintenance
- Completed reports delivered in PDF form
- Emergency call-out minimum charge once technician is en route
5. Maintenance Contracts
Quarterly and bi-monthly contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next billing period. Visits already scheduled within the notice window remain billable. No refund for completed visits.
6. Rescheduling
One free reschedule per engagement if requested more than 7 days before the start date. Additional reschedules incur ₩150,000 planning fee. Maintenance visits reschedule per contract calendar.
7. No-Shows
If client or building access is unavailable for more than 2 hours after agreed window, the visit may be billed as completed or rescheduled at our discretion with a ₩400,000 no-access fee.
8. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may require additional days per Korean banking schedules.
9. Disputes
Contact info@appsequoiafield.click with invoice number and engagement date. We respond within 5 business days. Unresolved matters follow our Terms of Service governing law provisions.
